About Arts Awards

The Kitchener-Waterloo Arts Awards begins with The Nomination Period, which is an open public process. Members of the public can nominate by using the paper nomination form available throughout the Waterloo Region area.

The Nomination Period is currently open and the deadline is December 31, 2010.

The Arts Awards Recognition Reception honours all the nominees who have been put forward for an award with evening of music and celebration. This year, we will be honouring current Nominees and past Arts Awards winners at one event, to take place in the Spring of 2011, by invitation.

The Arts Awards Process culminates in the Awards Ceremony, an exciting evening of entertainment and the announcement of Arts Awards Winners. Next year’s event takes place in June 2011 at The Centre In The Square and is open to the public by ticket admission.
